Stop wasting your money on products that may or may not work for you. Here are some inexpensive hair remedies that do work. Now what’s in your kitchen? :)
Did you know that Baking Soda mixed with Vinegar will create an inorganic chemical reaction? Be careful, it’s pure magic at its best when you experience the differences! Yes, indeed. Be good to yourself.
Flat Hair Soda Treatment
The reason why many product users suffer from flat and unproductive hair is because of “hair buildup.” Many products on the market today put extra weight inside of the hair shaft (including “claimed shampoo’s, conditioners”, hairspray’s, gels, shiners, frizz controllers, etc.)- and that makes the hair harder to manipulate, creating volume or a head of luxurious fullness. Yes, expensive clarifying shampoo’s do work, but they have one purpose above “common market” shampoos or intended use shampoos. Idea: here is how to make an inexpensive clarifying shampoo at home, using any soapy shampoo: Add a teaspoon of baking soda with a teaspoon of any shampoo, mix them together and apply to wet/damp hair and lightly massage into the hair. Try to avoid vigorous scalp massaging as the purpose is to remove buildup. Once the hair is completely saturated, leave the compound mixture sit for about 2-3 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Shampoo the hair again to thoroughly remove previous treatment. Now style your hair and use your styling products that you are comfortable with. Keep this recipe handy, you’ll know when you need to use the “soda treatment” again. :) You’re welcome.

Volume and Shine
Did you know that much of the time many conditioners are more unproductive and expensive, making it harder to obtain that shiny and full hair that one often desires?
In the shower, try this: In the kitchen, mix 1 cup of warm water with 1/4 cup of either red cider or white vinegar. Yes, the smell is gone after rinsing the hair. The purpose is to close down the hair cuticle which gives the hair productivity (Lift) and sheen! Now, off to the shower! Rule of thumb, if you do not use conditioner, let the vinegar rinse sit on for a minute or so and rinse. Remember this procedure happens after shampooing the hair.
If, you feel the need to condition the hair, condition only the ends of your hair, the hair length that is the oldest and more wore out (if you will), on top of the vinegar rinse, finish cleansing the rest of the body and then rinse the hair. I’ve done this on my clients for many years. lol
You’re welcome.

One or two grey hairs driving you batty? Try this, I’ve been doing this on my customers for the longest time.
Take that one gray hair, and rather than pull it out, color it in with a permanent marker, like coloring in a color book. It works wonderful and who’s to say?! You’re welcome.

HEALTH FACT:
Did you know that Gut microbiota starts in the gut!? That can be very good, and it also could TURN into something very bad! This simple solution was in the garden, the whole time! Cliff
It’s hard because it’s true, lol.
Mix a Tablespoon or two of red vinegar (Cider vinegar) into a glass of water and down the hatch.
Jesus denied the vinegar when he was on the cross for another reason, thirst!
One now can down the red vinegar water daily, this helps with so much positive triggering within the body. Praise the lord! Amen.
Stay tuned for topic: Protein and the importance of replenishing the hair with protein and especially when chemicals are involved!
Cliff will be posting a tutorial on this subject: HAIR IS PROTEIN.
Did you know that all hair is considered, protein matter? In other words, the chief composition of hair is called Keratin, a dead organic matter.
YouTube video coming soon, come back and let’s talk polypeptides.

One of my favorite mentors of all time was the founder of Redken, Nexxus and Redding: My friend, Mr. Jerry Redding. He was an awesome chemist and hairstylist.
P.P.T-S-77
I wish the buyers of Redken (Loreal) would bring this product back (P.P.T.) or sell the rights. It is/was the best protein compound known to hair/skin! Unfortunately, it was costly, and it was neutral/faintly scented. Many stylists played with Redken in ignorance, or it was overlooked (abused), I’m afraid to say. I miss Phinal Phase (acidic balancer), Aminopon (Peptide’s galore), Climatress (a balanced humectant), Solve (Clarifier), etc. They were the best, they just took more time for all-over involvement. The best! And today’s Redken is all hype and it’s heavy. I like a rendition to P.P.T., and that is the Anti-Snap Extreme2, but again it can interfere with oxidation processes, and it doesn’t play nice with other inert proteins, for example, I experimented with Joico Liquid (K-Pak) Reconstructor and then applied Anti-Snap2 on top and great balls of fire, it started to bead and wax up. Yikes! I had to re-acidify. Lol
